2.1 Age Requirement. 3.1 Accurate Information. Users must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the x7777 registration process. 3.2 Account Security. 3.3 Notification of Breach. Users must notify x7777 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to their account or any suspected compromise of their login credentials. x7777 will investigate all reported security incidents and may temporarily suspend affected accounts during the investigation period.
3.4 KYC Verification. x7777 is entitled to request KYC documentation — including a copy of a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or Passport, and proof of payment method ownership — at any point during the lifetime of a User's account. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by x7777 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.
3.5 Account Updates. Users are responsible for ensuring that all information held on their x7777 account remains accurate and up to date. Any change in the User's details — including mobile number or payment account — must be updated promptly and may be subject to re-verification.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. x7777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and selected Pakistani bank transfer services including HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank, subject to availability and the User's successful completion of KYC. x7777 reserves the right to modify the available payment methods at any time without prior notice.
4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are generally credited to the User's x7777 account balance immediately upon confirmation of receipt. x7777 does not guarantee processing times for deposits made via third-party payment providers, as these are subject to the terms and operational conditions of those providers.
4.3 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be made by the registered account holder to a payment method registered in the same name and verified in the same name as the x7777 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or unverified payment methods are not permitted.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. x7777 aims to process verified withdrawal requests to JazzCash within 5 minutes and to EasyPaisa within 8 minutes of approval. These are target processing times and are not guaranteed. x7777 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before releasing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.
4.5 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. x7777 maintains minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits that are displayed within the Cashier section of the Platform. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status. x7777 reserves the right to amend these limits without prior notice.
4.6 Currency. All transactions on x7777 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). x7777 is not responsible for any currency conversion costs incurred by the User outside the Platform.
4.7 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. x7777 reserves the right to apply an administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its internal dormancy policy, provided such fees do not reduce the account balance below zero.
5.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on x7777 are subject to the Platform's sports betting rules and the specific market rules applicable to each event. x7777 reserves the right to decline or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed after the official start of an event, bets placed on markets affected by technical errors, and bets that appear to have been placed on the basis of non-public insider information.
5.2 Odds and Markets. x7777 makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of odds and market data displayed on the Platform. In the event of a manifest pricing error — defined as an odds price that is demonstrably incorrect based on true market value — x7777 reserves the right to void bets placed at erroneous odds and return the stake to the User's account.
5.3 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) bets are accepted at x7777's discretion. The Platform may suspend in-play markets at any time during an event, including during interruptions to play, official stoppages, or periods of technical uncertainty. x7777 is not liable for any failure to accept a live bet due to market suspension.
5.4 Settlement. All bets on x7777 are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body of the sport or competition in question. x7777 follows the settlement rules of the applicable sporting authority. In the event of a dispute between the result displayed on x7777 and the official result, the official result shall prevail.
5.5 Bet Cancellation. Once confirmed, a bet placed on x7777 cannot be cancelled or amended by the User. x7777 may cancel or void bets under circumstances outlined in these Terms, including manifest errors, event cancellation, or confirmed breach of these Terms by the User.
6.1 Game Availability. x7777 Casino and the games available on the Platform — including live dealer tables, slot games, callbreak lobbies, and other gaming products — are provided subject to availability. x7777 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify any game or casino product at any time without prior notice.
6.2 RNG and Fair Play. All software-based casino and slot games available on x7777 utilise Random Number Generators (RNGs) that are certified by independent third-party testing laboratories. 6.3 Disconnection Policy. 7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by x7777 are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each promotion in addition to these General Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these General Terms, the General Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds issued to a User's x7777 account are subject to wagering requirements before any portion of the bonus or winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn. Users of x7777 are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities, whether individually or in collusion with others:

9.1 Ownership. All content on the x7777 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations, software, odds data, and the overall platform design — is the exclusive property of x7777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Limited Licence. x7777 grants Users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit the User to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any content from x7777 without explicit prior written consent from x7777.
9.3 Unauthorised Use. Any unauthorised use of x7777's intellectual property — including scraping of odds data, reproduction of game content, or misuse of the x7777 brand name or logo — is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal proceedings.

11.3 Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, x7777 excludes all liability for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses or damages arising from the User's use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
11.4 Cap on Liability. Where x7777's liability to a User cannot be entirely excluded under applicable law, x7777's aggregate liability to any User shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User to their x7777 account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.1 Termination by x7777. x7777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any User account at any time and without prior notice where x7777 reasonably determines that: (a) the User has breached these Terms; (b) the User's account poses a fraud, money laundering, or responsible gaming risk; (c) the User has provided false information; or (d) closure is required by applicable law or regulatory directive.
12.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of a User account by x7777 for breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the User via the verified payment method on file, less any amounts owed to x7777. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play may be forfeited at x7777's discretion upon termination for breach.
12.3 Voluntary Closure. Users who wish to close their x7777 account voluntarily may do so by contacting x7777 customer support. Any real-money balance will be returned to the verified payment method on file following standard KYC verification. Voluntary account closure does not affect any outstanding bet settlements, which will be processed in the normal course.
12.4 Self-Exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and will result in the account being locked for the duration specified by the User.
13.1 Minimum Age. 14.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with the User's use of x7777 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. x7777 operates under an international online gaming licensing framework. Users acknowledge that the applicable regulatory and legal framework governing x7777 may differ from the laws of the User's own jurisdiction.
14.2 Dispute Resolution — Internal. In the event of a dispute between a User and x7777 — including disputes regarding bet settlement, account suspension, or bonus decisions — the User must first raise the dispute through x7777's internal dispute resolution process by contacting x7777 customer support. x7777 will acknowledge all formal disputes within 5 business days and provide a substantive response within 30 calendar days.
14.3 Escalation. If a User is not satisfied with x7777's resolution of a dispute following the internal process, the User may escalate the matter in accordance with x7777's complaints procedure, which will be communicated to the User upon completion of the internal review stage.
14.4 Language. These Terms are published in English. In the event of any translation being made available for convenience, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency.
15.1 Right to Amend. x7777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect from the date they are published on the x7777 platform. x7777 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Users of material changes — for example, via email notification or a prominent notice displayed upon login — but is not obligated to provide advance notice of every amendment.
15.2 Continued Use. A User's continued use of the x7777 platform following the publication of amended Terms & Conditions constitutes their acceptance of the updated Terms in full. Users who do not accept the amended Terms must cease using x7777 and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 12.3 of these Terms.
